Offsite backups require a compatible network firewall to establish a secure site-to-site connection. Additional hardware may be required and, if so, is quoted during your free IT checkup.

The flat monthly fee covers up to 5 workstations. Additional workstations beyond five may incur an added cost, quoted per office.

Remote support is available anywhere. On-site service covers the greater Southern California area; for offices outside SoCal, travel rates may apply.

What exactly is included in the flat monthly fee?
Support for up to 5 workstations, unlimited remote helpdesk support (phone and remote), automated daily offsite backups with monthly verification, Dentrix and Dexis troubleshooting, workstation and peripheral support, security patching, antivirus monitoring, and coordination with your other vendors. Offices with more than 5 workstations may have an added cost. On-site visits are billed separately per trip, and major projects like servers and migrations are quoted up front.
Why are servers and migrations billed separately?
Those are large, occasional projects with real hardware and labor costs that vary a lot by office. Keeping them out of the flat fee is what lets us keep your monthly price low and predictable. You'll always get a clear quote and approve it before any project work begins.
Are my patient records and X-rays safe?
Protecting patient data is the core of what we do — and for a dental practice, reliable backups aren't optional. HIPAA's Security Rule requires covered entities to maintain a data backup and disaster-recovery plan for patient records, and automated daily offsite backups are the dependable way to meet that obligation. We back up your practice-management data and imaging every day, keep a verified copy securely off-premises, and test restores so you're never caught with a backup that doesn't work. Secure offsite backups do require a compatible network firewall for the site-to-site connection — if your office needs one, we'll include it in your quote.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. The membership is month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business every month than lock you into something. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
We have more than one location — does that work?
Absolutely. The membership is priced per location, and multi-office practices get a single point of contact across all sites. Ask about multi-location pricing during your free checkup.
